Non-religious Meditation for Relaxation is a simple way of meditating which is outside any one religious tradition and can be helpful in coping with the stress of daily life
Join us in St Benet's Chapel from 1:30 pm to 2 pm every Wednesday. All QMUL students and staff are welcome.
There is no charge for the sessions, no experience is needed and there's no need to book. Just come along and join in.
